Originally Holt Renfrew's stores, this cousin of George Richard Renfrew, was at the helm of the company for 15 years, until his death in 1915. Holt Renfrew was known on several continents as fur traders and high quality hats. The Queen of England was a client of the company.

When George Richard Renfrew lived here, the bathroom in this room served the entire floor. The window in this room used to overlook an inner courtyard. Today, it allows you to contemplate the rue du Trésor.
